The greatest Rio de Janeiro 2022 World Boccia Championships of all time is coming up! Rio de Janeiro is the only city in the world to hold the tournament for the 2nd time – the 1st was in 2006, at Copacabana. This year’s world championships will be from December 5 to 13, at the Olympic Park, stage of the Rio 2016 Games.
For those who will be in Rio, it is an unmissable opportunity to watch the best boccia players in the world up close. There will be more than 170 athletes from 40 countries.
